- Notice is herby given that West Bountiful City will hold a RAP Tax Reauthorization election in conjunction with the General Election to be held on Tuesday November 4, 2025, for the purpose of submitting to the eligible voters of West Bountiful the following Ballot Proposition: OFFICAL BALLOT PROPOSITION FOR THE WEST BOUNTIFUL CITY, UTAH RECREATION, ARTS AND PARK (RAP) TAX REAUTHORIZATION NOVEMBER 4, 2025 'Shall West Bountiful City, Utah, be authorized to continue to impose a 0.1% sales and use tax for parks, recreational, and cultural facilities and organizations for West Bountiful City for an additional 10 years?' Yes No Any eligible voter may request to prepare a written argument for or against the special local ballot proposition in accordance with Utah State Code 20A-7-402. Such a request must be filed with the City Recorder no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Request may be submitted to West Bountiful City Hall at 550 N 800 W, West Bountiful, UT 84087, or emailed to rwhiting@wbcityut.gov.
