City of South Salt Lake Public Notice Parks Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis The City of South Salt Lake (the 'City'), located in Salt Lake County, intends to prepare a Parks Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis related to Parks, Recreation, Trails, and Open Space. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. ยง 11-36a-503. The impact fee service area for this proposed analysis includes the entire jurisdictional boundaries of the City. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced impact fee facilities plan and impact fee analysis. Information can be submitted to the City Recorder's Office at 220 East Morris Ave., South Salt Lake, UT 84115 ATTEST: Ariel Andrus, City Recorder
