NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL
Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Council, Weber County, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Huntsville Town Hall located at
7474 E 200 S, Huntsville, UT.
The purpose of this hearing is to accept public comment on fee amendments which will increase culinary water rates. The water rates schedule will be adjusted with Ordinance 2025-8-21: Adjustments to the water rate schedule found in Title 4: General Revenue.
The Ordinance will be available for viewing on huntsvilleutah.gov under Government/Town Council Minutes and Agendas tab. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Public comment can be received by email at clerk@huntsvilleutah.gov. Public comment can also be received by mail at P.O. Box 267, Huntsville, UT, 84317. Public comment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on August 21, 2025. All public comments will be entered into the record of the public hearing.
