The Lindon City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 13, 2025,
in the Lindon City Council room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The
meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The agenda will consist of the following:

3. Request of a variance for the property located at 69 S. 1200 E. to reduce the corner
side yard setback for a detached accessory structure from 25' to 21'11.' Application
