- Public Notice for Inter-fund Transfer In accordance with § 10-5-107 and § 10-6-135 of the Utah Code, Clearfield City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 7:00 PM. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor at 55 South State Street, Clearfield. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the transfer of resources from the Water Fund to the General Fund. This transfer recognizes water used by the city's general operations for which the city's Water Fund was not compensated. The amount or value of the proposed budgeted transfer is $165,000. The hearing will also receive public comments on the transfer of funds from the Enterprise Funds to the General Fund for the Fiscal Year 2026. These transfers reimburse the General Fund for services provided to these funds. The budgeted transfer amounts are as follows: $140,035 from the Utility Admin Fund, $359,186 from the Water Fund, $382,075 from the Sewer Fund, $231,168 from the Storm Water Fund, and $45,858 from the Solid Waste Fund.
