- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 21, 2025, starting at 7:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input on the proposal to widen 5500 West between 5500 South and the South County Line in Hooper, Weber County, Utah done by UDOT and Hooper City. The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input on the discussion of updates to the Hooper City Fee schedule.
