The Manti City Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 26, at 6:30 p.m. in the Manti City Council Chambers, 50 South Main Street, Manti, Utah to receive public comment on the following items:
1. Public comment relative to the adoption of a proposed Sewer Master Plan, which has been under development for several months, and was presented to the City Council at the August 6, 2025, Council Meeting by Jones & DeMille Engineering. A copy of the plan is available on-line at https://www.manti.gov/public-notices/page/public-notices
2. Public comment relative to development of a proposed Impact Facilities Fee Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA), to determine the possible adoption of a sewer impact fee for new development.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals in need of special accommodations should notify Manti City at 435-835-2401 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
