- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Eureka City Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider the adoption of the following Ordinances: An Ordinance Relating to Nuisances. An Ordinance Relating to the Sale and Consumption of Alcohol and Beer. The hearing will take place as follows: Date: Tuesday, August 19, 2025 Time: 7:00 PM Location: Eureka City Hall Address: 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 The purpose of this hearing is to gather public input regarding the proposed ordinances and their potential impact within Eureka City. The draft ordinances will be available for review at the Eureka City Hall prior to the hearing. All interested people are invited to attend and provide comments.
