Notice of RAP Tax Reauthorization Election
Notice is hereby given that Centerville City will hold a RAP tax reauthorization election in conjunction with the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, for the purpose of submitting to the eligible voters of Centerville the following Ballot Proposition:

Shall Centerville City, Utah, be authorized to impose a 0.1% sales and use tax for recreational facilities, cultural facilities, and cultural organizations for the City?

Any eligible voter may request to prepare a written argument for or against the special local ballot proposition in accordance with Utah State Code 20A-7-402. Such a request must be filed with the City Recorder no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
