Notice of RAP Tax Reauthorization Election Notice is hereby given that Centerville City will hold a RAP tax reauthorization election in conjunction with the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, for the purpose of submitting to the eligible voters of Centerville the following Ballot Proposition: OFFICIAL BALLOT PROPOSITION FOR THE CENTERVILLE CITY, UTAH RAP TAX REAUTHORIZATION ELECTION NOVEMBER 4, 2025 Shall Centerville City, Utah, be authorized to impose a 0.1% sales and use tax for recreational facilities, cultural facilities, and cultural organizations for the City? For the RAP Tax Against the RAP Tax Any eligible voter may request to prepare a written argument for or against the special local ballot proposition in accordance with Utah State Code 20A-7-402. Such a request must be filed with the City Recorder no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Requests may be submitted at Centerville City Hall 250 North Main Street, Centerville, UT 84014, or emailed to jennifer.robison@centervilleutah.gov.
