Planning Commission Meeting for the Town of Genola Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes for July 10, 2025 Public Forum Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. 15 minute maximum time with a per person limit of 3-5 Minutes at the discretion of the Planning Commission Chair BUSINESS 3. Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for Cody Christensen located at approximately 554 S 460 W in the Mecham Meadows Subdivision Plat A Lot 8 Parcel #67.210.0008 Attachments: 25-028 Christensen Site Plan (25-028_Cody_Christnense_Site_Plan.pdf) 4. Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for a new home for Brian and Shalene Stutz located at approximately 90 N Sunset Lane in the Ewell Subdivision Plat A Lot 12 Parcel #38.321.0012 Attachments: Stutz Site Plan (Stutz_Sight_map_1.0.PNG) 5. Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for an accessory building for Ben Carson located at 923 N 350 E in the Genola Meadows Subdivision Plat A Lot 8 Parcel #40.401.0015. Page 1Attachments: Carson Site Plan (25-030_Ben_Carson_Acc_Bldg_Site_Plan.pdf) 6. Discussion on whether a water report should be required for the Vail Subdivision Attachments: Letter from Hansen Planning Group (Water_report_letter_from_Hansen_Planning_Group.pd f) Vail Parcel Map (Parcel_Map.pdf) 7. Discussion on possible recommendations of names to fill a vacancy on the planning commission 8.
