Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER INCREASING WATER RATES AND AMEND WATER RATE FEE SCHEDULE A public hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposal to increase culinary water rates and amend the water rate fee schedule will be held on August 19, 2025, at 6:35 p.m., in the Fillmore City Building located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The public is invited to contact the Fillmore City Office for more information regarding the proposed increases. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
