- TOWN OF STERLING UTAH 2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION CANDIDATE NOTICE In accordance with Utah Code Section 20A-6-305, election officers shall use the master ballot position list for 2024-2025 to determine the order in which to list candidates on the ballot for any election held during those years. The randomization was done on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 10:00 am in the rotunda of the Utah State Capitol. This Notice is to let you know that Julie Strickland has withdrawn from the 4-year council seat opening Seats Open Mayor, 4 years Zeb Wignall Two (2) 4-year Council Seats Yvonne Larsen Tami Preivett One (1) 2-year Council Seat Lance Burton Nick Lyon I, the duly appointed and acting Recorder for the Town of Sterling, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Mayor and Town Officers, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov this 5th of August 2025.
