- Public Notice BLANDING CITY WATER CONSERVATION PLAN APPROVAL Notice is hereby given that the Blanding City Council, during a public meeting to be held on August 26, 2025, will consider approval of the updated Blanding City Water Conservation Plan, which was prepared by City staff and finalized in June 2025. The Water Conservation Plan outlines strategies and goals for promoting efficient water use, reducing waste, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the City's water resources in compliance with Utah State law. A copy of the proposed Water Conservation Plan is available for public review at the Blanding City Office, located at 50 West 100 South, Blanding, Utah, during regular business hours. The plan is also available on the City's website at https://www.blanding-ut.gov/publicnotices For questions or additional information, please contact the Blanding City Office at (435) 678-2791.
