COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF HARVEST VILLAGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-2 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2025 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095
AT 2:00pm
A. Call to Order
B. Preliminary Action Items
1. Consider combined board meeting for Harvest Village Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2.
C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on June 27, 2025.
D. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2025-05: A resolution authorizing the annexation of certain property within the Annexation Area into the Districts; and related matters.
2. Consider approval of the Special Districts Preparation Statement of Work, the Special Districts Master Services Agreement, and the Forecast Agreement between the Districts and Clifton Larson Allen LLP, and authorizing the District Chair to sign.
3. Consider approval of an engagement agreement for engineering cost certification services between the Districts and The Connextion Group, and authorizing the District Chair to sign.
4. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budgets for calendar year 2025 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Discussion regarding process for reimbursements.
2. Open meeting discussion with board members of any public infrastructure district business.
