- WEST VALLEY CITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL This request for proposals ('RFPs') seeks qualified providers for an LED Sign and Landscaping for West Valley City, Utah. Details and specifications are distributed through www.utah.bonfirehub.com or can be obtained from Brigitte Castro at brigitte.castro@wvc-ut.gov Questions regarding the RFP should be to Brigitte as listed above. Opening/due date shall be August 21, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. local prevailing time, as conclusively established by Bonfire.com. No public opening will be held. Results will be made available on the City Website. Proposals must comply with the requirements of the full Request for Proposals to be considered.
