West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District August 5, 2025, Board Meeting Agenda - Motion to open the meeting - Approve 2nd Quarter Financial Statements from June 30,2025 - Read and approve minutes from June 3, 2025 and work session July 16, 2025 - Pass Resolution 2025-2 Adopting the Weber County, Utah pre-disaster mitigation plan 2024. It has been accepted by FEMA and must be approved by all participating government agencies for it to take effect. It will go through June of 2030. - Ratify approval of the fire hydrant for Silverline Industrial Tim Mckissen located 9525 W 900 S - Approve Shane and Sami Cota for a will-serve letter for single family home located 6700 W 700 N. - Dallin attending from Black Pine o Vote/approve a will-serve letter for water for sewer. o Vote/approve the amended agreement regarding water tank - Approve the annexation map along with a discussion of the next step for annexation. - Update on feasibility study if Randy spoke to Wasatch Civil. - Discussion on secondary water if there is time. - Schedule a work session if necessary - Water was shut off incorrectly twice by Weber Basin on 7/21 and 7/28. The District was on Bona Vista water 7/28 starting at 12:00pm and ending on 7/29 2:00pm. There have been 2 complaints of water smelling and tasting weird weekend of August 3rd. - Approval of Checks and Bills, billing adjustments, delinquent accounts, financial officer to review purchase card statements. - Motion to adjourn the meeting
