Description/Agenda: TOWN OF PORTAGE WEDNESDAY August 6, 2025 @ 6:00 PM PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its' Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday August 6, 2025 @ 6:00 PM at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, Portage, Utah 84331 The Agenda shall be as follows 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony Prayer: Pledge of Allegiance: - Approve June 4 & July 2, 2025 Planning & Zoning minutes. - Public Comments limited to (3) three minutes per person. - Action item- Todd Gibbs Subdivision discuss and vote. - Action item- Ordinance 104.11 discussion of updating Height restriction, discuss and possible vote - Action item- Trevor Hartley residential fence issue, discuss and possible vote. - Standing agenda items: Discuss and vote on Codes/Ordinances-Table of Contents, Terms, Index, and Section :101-119. Removal of outdated or inapplicable Ordinances. ADJOURN:
