NEWTON, UTAH 2025 Municipal General Election Notice Pursuant to Section 20A-16-502 of the Utah Code, August 1, 2025 https://www.cachecounty.gov/assets/department/clerk/2025%20MUNICIPAL%20ELECTION%20NOTICE.docx%20(1).pdf PRIMARY & GENERAL ELECTION DATES - UOCAVA Primary ballots are sent: 6/27/2025 - Last day to request a Primary ballot: 8/11/2025 - Primary Election Date 8/12/2025 - Primary Election Canvass 8/19/2025 through 8/26/2025 - UOCAVA General Election ballots are sent: 9/19/2025 - Last day to request a General Election ballot: 11/03/2025 - General Election Day: 11/04/2025 - General Election canvass: 11/12/2025 through 11/19/2025 Electronic ballots must be submitted by 12:01 a.m. (local time) on Election Day - August 12, 2025 for the Primary Election and November 4, 2025 for the General Election. Mailed ballots must be received by the Cache County Clerk's Office by 8:00 p.m. (MST) on Election Day - Tuesday, August 12, 2025 for the Primary Election and Tuesday, November 4, 2025 for the General Election - in order to be counted. For more information on the use of the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), the Federal Voting Assistance Program (fvap.gov), and related deadlines, or the use of a Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB) please contact Cache County Election Division at cachecounty.gov/elections or elections@cachecounty.gov 435-755-1460. A primary election is not needed and will not be held for Newton Town in 2025.
