NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
BY THE APPEALS AUTHORITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 as close to 6:00 P.M., a public meeting will be convened before the City of Holladay Administrative Appeals Authority regarding a zone boundary or map interpretation by the applicant, J.U.B. Engineering, representing the property owner of property located at 6114 S. Holladay Blvd.
City of Holladay Ordinance ยง13.11.050.B determines a boundary location to be at the line of any waterway. As most of the land within the parcel is zoned as R-1-43, the applicant is seeking to appeal the existing zone boundary of Big Cottonwood Creek and apply the R-1-43 zone boundary to the west boundary line of the parcel.
A map illustrating the parcel boundaries and zone boundary is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting.
