2025 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION NOTICE

The 2025 Hyrum City Municipal Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Ballots were mailed out to registered voters, beginning July 22. To receive a ballot, voters must be of legal voting age, citizens of the United States, and reside in the City in which they are registered.
Voters can verify registration status at https://vote.utah.gov/.
PRIMARY & GENERAL ELECTION DATES
UOCAVA Primary ballots are sent: 6/27/2025
Last day to request a Primary ballot: 8/11/2025
Primary Election Date 8/12/2025
Primary Election Canvass 8/19/2025 through 8/26/2025
UOCAVA General ballots are sent: 9/19/2025
Last day to request a General ballot: 11/03/2025
General Election Day: 11/04/2025
General Election canvass: 11/12/2025 through 11/19/2025
Electronic ballots must be submitted by 12:01 a.m. (local time) on Election Day - August 12, 2025 for the General Election and November 4, 2025 for the General Election.
Mailed ballots must be received by the Clerk's Office by 8:00 p.m. (MST) on Election Day - Tuesday, August 12, 2025 for the Primary Election and Tuesday, November 4, 2025 for the General Election - in order to be counted.

Registered voters who do not receive a ballot or anyone with questions about their ballot should contact the Cache County Clerk's Office at www.CacheCounty.org/Elections or call the Cache County Clerk's Office at 435-755-1460.
Election Day In-Person Voting will be open on Tuesday, August 12 and November 4 from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Cache County Event Center (Fairgrounds), 490 South 500 West, Logan, Utah . VALID VOTER IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
Ballots can also be returned by mail (postage is paid); in person at the Cache County Clerk's Office 179 North Main (inside during regular business hours) or outside 24/7 at this location; or an official ballot drop box location (locations can be found at https://www.cachecounty.gov/elections/ballotdropofflocations.html). Polls close at these locations at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 for Primary Election and November 4, 2025 for General Election - and no ballots will be accepted after this time.
