- The State of Utah DHHS and Local Public Health Governance Committee Meeting Approve Minutes: July 21st, 2025 Grant Title Executive Committee Review Description Strengthening U.S. Public Health Infrastructure, Workforce, and Data Systems Year 4 Continuation 12/1/25 to 11/30/26 $1,568,293 Needs Review This budget will be reviewed during the Governance meeting since the grant has not been presented at any exec committee. This specific application is for continuation in preparation for year 4. A2: Foundational Capabilities and A3: Core Data Modernization are annual funding that we would like to renew. CDC gave us a level funding amount with year 1 for both strategies (amounts below) to use in preparation of budgets. - A2: $1,161,815 - A3: $406,478 As always, the actual amount may vary.
