PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 4, 2025, in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Russ Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Van Leeuwen C. Invocation - Mayor Vanderwood D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent- Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on June 2, 2025. F. Non-Action Items- 1. HAFB Update 2. Utah's Unclaimed Property Initiatives Presenter: Karece Thompson, Utah Office of State Treasurer Outreach Specialist 3. Rural Communities Opportunity Grant Presenter: Sherry Stevens, Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity Outreach Manager 4. Transfer Station Tipping Fee Decrease Presenter: John Watson, Transfer Station Director G.
