- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Ensign Ranches’ Castle Rock Ranch Hunting Lodge Conditional Use Permit Approx: 5 miles south of I-80, & 3.5 miles west of the Utah/Wyoming boundary Lat: 41° 5' 37.57" N Long: 111° 6' 49.14" W Parcels: SS-2264-A, 40 acres; SS-2265-A, 637.84 acres; Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly approve a Conditional Use Permit for a proposed hunting lodge / guest ranch to be located on parcels SS-2264-A and SS-2265-A located approximately 5 miles south of Interstate 80 and approximately 3.5 miles west of the Utah Wyoming border. The public hearing will be held: Wednesday, February 15, 2012 Beginning at 6:00 p.m. Summit County Courthouse, Council Chambers 60 North Main St., Coalville, Utah, 84017 The applicant, Jeff Young, representing the Castle Rock land and Livestock Company, is requesting the CUP to allow guests to be housed and fed on the property using the main cabin as well as a bunk house and portable shelters.
