Parcels: SS-2264-A, 40 acres; SS-2265-A, 637.84 acres;
Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly approve a Conditional Use Permit for a proposed hunting lodge / guest ranch to be located on parcels SS-2264-A and SS-2265-A located approximately 5 miles south of Interstate 80 and approximately 3.5 miles west of the Utah Wyoming border. The public hearing will be held:

The applicant, Jeff Young, representing the Castle Rock land and Livestock Company, is requesting the CUP to allow guests to be housed and fed on the property using the main cabin as well as a bunk house and portable shelters.
