Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Proposal to Vacate a portion of a public street, right-of -way, or easement located at approximately 12250 South 6400 West, Herriman, Utah. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 10-9a-208, notice is hereby given that the Herriman City Council will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at 5355 West Herriman Main Street, Herriman, UT 84096. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed vacation of a public utilities easement in favor of Herriman City located at approximately 12250 South 6400 West, Herriman Utah. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Any person interested in addressing the Council may submit a comment by emailing recorder@herriman.gov. In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act, Herriman will make reasonable accommodation to participate in the public hearing. Request for assistance can be made by calling the City Recorder at 801.446.5323 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended.
