PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance - C. Invocation/Moment of Silence - Ricky Hatch D. Commissioner Comments- (Employee Recognition(s)) E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $201,543.14. 2. Request for approval of warrants #105606-105656 and #492282- 492379 in the amount of $2,628,973.03. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request for approval of revision to HR Policy 4-700 Wellness Program and Incentives. 6. Request for approval of revision to HR Policy 3-600 Discipline. 7. Request for approval of a Retirement Agreement by and between Weber County and Daniel Brown. 8. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Nilson Homes Allowing Nilson Homes to improve roadway crossings over the top of the Bureau of Reclamation land drains that already exist in the JDC Development. G. Public Hearings- 1. Request for a motion to adjourn public meeting and convene public hearings. 2. Request for approval of an ordinance and development agreement for the proposed Westbridge Meadows development, a master planned community that will rezone approximately 1400 acres of property located within the area south of the Union Pacific Railroad between the Weber River and 7500 West. The zone(s) being proposed include a Master Planned Development Overlay Zone (MPDOZ), and a variety of Single-Family Dwelling (R1), Two-Family Dwelling (R2), and Multi-Family Dwelling (R3) zones, as well as the Form-Based Zone (FB (mixed uses)) and the Open Space O-1 Zone. Action on public hearings- Request for approval of an ordinance and development agreement for the proposed Westbridge Meadows development, H.
