Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Independence Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM in the Music Room, of the Wasatch County Senior Center, located at 465 E 1200 S Heber City, Utah to discuss and possibly take action on the Center Creek Canyon Phase 1 Preliminary Subdivision Application. Center Creek Canyon Phase 1 is a subdivision consisting of 21 lots and 2 open space parcels on 32.01 acres within the RA-1 Zone.
