- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request for an amendment to the Regency at Desert Color development agreement. This amendment to the currently approved development agreement would allow Desert Color to assume responsibility for and use of the constructed model home/office previously constructed by Toll Brothers. The applicant is Bush & Gudgell, Inc., and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The request will be known as the Regency at Desert Color Development Agreement Amendment. Case No. 2025-DAA-003.
