- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing, on August 12, 2025, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT. - To consider a request to amend the Zoning Map from R-4 (Multi-Family Residential) to R-5 (Multi-Family Residential), for the property located at approximately 4550 South 1900 West THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
