HEBER CITY NOTICE OF ELECTION Pursuant to UCA 20A-5-101, notice is hereby given that the Heber City 2025 Primary Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Polls will be located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah, in the Wasatch County Administrative Building. Early voting will begin on Tuesday, August 5, through Friday, August 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Voter qualifications are as follows: You must be a U.S. citizen; a resident of Utah for at least 30 days before the election; 18 years old on or before the day of the election; and not a convicted felon currently serving a jail or prison sentence. Eligible individuals may register to vote in advance prior to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, or in person during Early Voting and on Election Day. Individuals may view or obtain voting information by visiting www.vote.utah.gov or www.wasatch.utah.gov, in person at 25 N Main Street, Heber City, UT 84032, or by calling 435-657-3190. Individuals with a disability, unable to vote a manual ballot by mail, may obtain information on voting in an accessible manner, by contacting the Wasatch County Clerk's Office at 25 N Main Street, Heber City, UT 84032, or by calling 435-657-3190. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
