Description/Agenda: The San Juan County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, August 19th, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the San Juan County Administration Building, 117 South Main, Monticello, Utah. During the meeting, the San Juan County Board of Commissioners will accept public comment regarding an Amendment to the San Juan County Consolidated Fee Schedule and Repealing and Replacing Previously Approved Fee Schedules Adopted and Established Prior to the new Ordinance. In Accordance with Utah Code §17-53-211, San Juan County is to adopt an ordinance establishing fees for services; the public hearing is to hear from the public about any concerns or comments regarding fee changes or proposed fees within the Ordinance. The proposed fee schedule can be found at www.sanjuancountyut.gov.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for this meeting should contact the SJC Clerk's Office: 117 S Main, Monticello or telephone 435-587-3223, giving reasonable notice.
