Bryan Van Tassell, Manti Utah Stake - Request to address Mayor & Council regarding planning for Community Day of Service. 3. Chance & Jennifer Lund - Wrap-up report from 4th of July celebration. 4. Garrick Willden, Jones & DeMill Engineering - Presentation to Council of proposed Sewer Master Plan. 5. Discussion and consideration of motion to adopt proposed Sewer Master Plan. 6. Kent Barton - Introduction of new City Planner, McKay Muhlestein. 7. Financial Report - review of July 2025 revenue and expense statements. 8. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning compensation for Mayor and City Council b. Request to ease square footage and 2nd floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040) c. Historic Preservation Commission d. Short-term rental ordinance e. Inland Port project 9. Councilmember Reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 10. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 11. Mayor Chuck Bigelow. 12. Consideration of approval for minutes of last Council Meeting (July 2nd Public Hearing and Council Meeting) 13. City Manager Kent Barton. 14. Closed Session - for discussion (if needed).
