KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider:
An application from Jake Williams, who is requesting a zone change for a property located at 80 East Center Street (parcel #111-08-0021) from A-1 Light Agricultural District to CC Central Commercial District with a MU Mixed Use Zoning District Overlay. The subject parcel is 1.6 acres (69,696 ft²), and the applicant is proposing a project that includes 27 total dwellings, 26 live/work townhome units as well as one single family unit. A proposed site plan layout is on the back side of this notice.
The project requires a development agreement and is intended as a historic preservation project to preserve the historic presbyterian church and convert it into a single family home that will include some commercial space.
