INVITATION TO BID:
Fire Station 43 Architectural Design
The City of South Salt Lake will accept bids for the project titled: Fire Station 43 Architectural Design, until 3:00 PM on August 29th, 2025. All required documents for the bidding process shall be submitted to Ariel Andrus, City Recorder. Submittals may be printed and delivered to 220 E Morris Ave, Suite 200. Bidder is responsible for ensuring receipt of bid package before deadline, late submittals will not be accepted. Digital submissions via email will be accepted at aandrus@sslc.gov. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or technicality, and to make reductions in or expand the scope of work in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
The scope of work includes all architectural and engineering services to design the remodel of Fire Station 43. Full design service to include schematic, preliminary and construction documents, construction design administration and project closeout. All engineering services, including Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Civil engineering. Project located at 3620 S. West Temple, South Salt Lake City, UT 84106.
There will be a Pre-Proposal Meeting for this project on site at 10:00 AM on August 12th, 2025. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal is not mandatory, but highly encouraged, and attendance and understanding of the project will be taken into consideration when choosing a firm.
