- Notice of Public Hearing for Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing Thursday August 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.02 - Definitions, Chapter 19.04 - Establishment of Land Use Zones and Official Map, and Chapter 19.13 - Development Review Process. The proposed amendments create processes allowing new business uses to apply either for a use classification request or as a new or unlisted use within City Code, in accordance with recent changes to the Utah State Code. Citywide. City-Initiated. Comments & questions may be directed to the Planning Dept. 801-766-9793. Comments may also be submitted to comments@saratogasprings-ut.gov. Copies of the proposed Land Use applications are available for public inspection online at www.saratogasprings-ut.gov/pendingapps. Posted: July 31, 2025
