Notice of Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at approximately 6:15 p.m., the Sandy City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting regarding a preliminary subdivision review, preliminary site plan review, and conditional use permit review, submitted by Nate Reiner, P.E. with CIR Engineering and owner's representative Eileen Eckman, with Jordan Credit Union, for the property located at 9260 S. 300 E. St. The request is to create a one lot subdivision for the exiting property, obtain preliminary site plan review approval and to approve a conditional use permit for a financial institution in the Professional Office (PO) zoning district. The existing building will remain but will be remodeled on the exterior to a modern look. The drive-thru teller will be moved from the south side of the existing building to a remote location at the southwest side of the property. The site improvements will be revised with a new parking layout and landscaping and the existing driveway on the north side of the building will be removed. This meeting will be conducted both in-person in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 10000 S. Centennial Pkwy., and via Zoom Webinar (see details below). Interested parties may attend and participate in the meeting either in-person or by accessing the meeting using the Zoom webinar link below. Attendees wishing to comment who are participating virtually must have a microphone connected to their device (smartphone, laptop, desktop, etc.), otherwise you'll only be able to view the proceedings. A listen-only option is also available by telephone using the phone numbers provided below. This notice is being sent to known property owners within 500 feet of this proposal.
