CITY OF WOODS CROSS, UTAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE WOODS CROSS MUNICIPAL CODE WOODS CROSS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION - TUESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2025, AT 6:30 P.M. IN PERSON AND BY VIDEO CONFERENCE https://zoom.us/j/9358074960 Notice is hereby given that the Woods Cross Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request to amend Title 12, Zoning Ordinance, of the Municipal Code amending Chapter 6 Residential Zone R-1-8, Chapter 7 Single Family Residential Zone R-1-15/20, and Chapter 12 Off-Street Parking and Loading. The proposed amendment will address the use of second driveways and parking, and clarify lot coverage in single-family zones. The hearing will be held at the Woods Cross Municipal Building, 1555 South 800 West, Woods Cross, Utah.
