NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Springdale Town Council will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767. Springdale Town Council Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM 1. Ordinance 2025-09: Modifications to the Accessory Dwelling Unit Regulations. Staff contact: Thomas Dansie 2. Ordinance 2025-10: Changes to Chapter 10-15F-5 of the Town Code to Require Geotechnical Reports to Include an Assessment of Slope Stability in Certain Circumstances. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly 3. Ordinance 2025-11: Changes to Chapter 10-23 of the Town Code to Remove the Restriction on Parking Spaces Being Located in the Special Flood Hazard Area in Residential Zones and Also to Require Low Impact Design for Parking Spaces Within the Special Flood Hazard Area. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly 4. Ordinance 2025-12: Changes to Chapter 10-22-3 and 10-22-8 of the Town Code Regarding Farmers' Market and Private Outdoor Event Standards and Application Processes. Staff Contact: Kyndal Sagers 5. Ordinance 2025-13: Changes to Chapter 10-7A-2 of the Town Code to Correct an Erroneous Reference to Food Truck Standards. Please contact the Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by August 8, 2025, and will be posted on the Town's website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter). The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
