- The Community Reinvestment Agency of Farr West City (the 'Agency') will hold a public hearing on August 21, 2025 at 5:30 pm in the City Offices located at 1896 North 1800 West, Farr West, Utah to consider a Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan (the 'Plan') for a development project area (the 'Project Area') consisting of approximately 50 acres of land and improvements. The Plan is available for inspection at the Agency's office located at 1896 North 1800 West, Farr West, Utah during regular business hours, and available on-line at the city's Community Reinvestment Agency web page: www.farrwestcity.net/community-reinvestment-agency.html. Interested persons may appear at the public hearing and comment on the Plan, including whether it should be revised, approved or rejected. You are invited to submit comments to the Agency concerning the Plan before the date of the hearing at the Agency's office. Any person objecting to the Plan or contesting the regularity of any of the proceedings to adopt the Plan may appear before the Agency at the hearing to show cause why the Plan should not be adopted.
