- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Payson City Center, Council Chambers, 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, and virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.gov for the link to participate/view the meeting. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input regarding the Payson City Enterprise Funds (water, sewer, storm, power, ambulance, landfill) including proposed transfers from enterprise funds and administrative fees charged to enterprise funds.
