RE: Notice of Public Hearing - Residential Development: Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Project Master Plan (PMP) (25-10)
Dear Property Owner:
The Farmington City Planning Commission will meet to consider a Project Master Plan (PMP and Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a proposed residential subdivision consisting of 174 units on approximately 19 acres of property at approximately 1700 North Main Street (between Main Street and Highway 89) for applicant Boyer Company.
On Thursday August 07, 2025 at 7:00 PM, or as soon after as the item can be heard, the Planning Commission will consider the request at a public hearing. This meeting will be held at the City Offices at 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah. Farmington City Planning Commission meetings, including this meeting, are open to the public.
Members of the public wishing to attend this meeting are welcome to view the meeting online and give comments via email or zoom or attend the meeting in person. The link to view the hearings live and to comment electronically can be found on the Farmington City website at www.farmington.utah.gov.
