NOTICE OF VACANCY AND NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING SOUTH RIM SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN of a midterm vacancy on the South Rim Special Service District board. The person appointed will serve through the term ending on the first Monday of January 2028. Any person interested in serving as a member of the South Rim Special Service District, who meets the eligibility and residence requirements for the position is invited to submit a written application of interest to the South Rim Special Service District board. ELIGIBILITY AND RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS. A candidate must be a registered voter, and must have resided within South Rim for the 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of appointment*. APPLICATION DEADLINE AND LOCATION. Written applications must be received no later than 5pm on Wednesday, Aug 6, 2025. Applications shall be submitted to Abraham Beh, SRSSD Clerk, at 1952 W Ridgeline Road, SRSSD Board at PO Box. 58 Stockton, UT 84071 or via email at clerk.southrimssd@gmail.com MEETING FOR INTERVIEWS. The South Rim Special Service District board will hold a board meeting to conduct interviews of all qualified applicants at a board meeting of the South Rim Special Service District on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 7pm at South Rim Fire Station 2555 W Silver Ave Stockton, UT 84071. The interviews will be conducted in an open meeting and the public is invited to attend. MEETING FOR APPOINTMENT. The South Rim Special Service District will make the appointment at the board meeting, immediately following the interviews.
