Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE OF CANDIDATE WITHDRAWAL 2025 Municipal Election - Heber City Council Pursuant to Utah State Code §20A-9-207, notice is hereby given that Gregory D. Royall, a declared candidate for Heber City Council in the 2025 Municipal Primary Election, has officially withdrawn his candidacy. Ballots for this election have already been printed, and Mr. Royall's name will still appear on the ballot. However, any votes cast for Gregory D. Royall will not be counted.
