Description/Agenda: SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-5 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 22, 2025 the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2025-5, an ordinance amending the Richfield city zoning ordinance, title 17.13.240 for required streets, curb, gutter, sidewalks, and trails, and title 17.02.010 land use authorities concerning a modified standard for required development standards for improvement. The ordinance shall become effective upon posting this summary at www.pmn.utah.gov and www.richfieldut.gov this 25th day of July, 2025. /s/ David Anderson Deputy City Recorder
