- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance - C. Invocation/Moment of Silence - Christopher Crockett D. Commissioner Comments- (Stall of Fame) E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentations- Presentation of the 2025 Winning In Weber Awards- Rising Star Lauren Thomas Service Star Candida Prieto Leadership Kassi Bybee Above and Beyond Cameron Young Learning is Power Jessika Clark Presenters: Weber County Commission G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $23,811.14. 2. Request for approval of warrants #105543-105605 and #492203-492281 in the amount of $1,879,765.23. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request from the Sheriff's Office for approval to surplus 5 video monitor cabinets. H. Public Hearings- 1. Request for a motion to adjourn public meeting and convene public hearings. 2. Public hearing to discuss amendments to the operating and capital budget of Weber County for the 2025 calendar year. Presenter: Steffani Ebert 3. Public hearing to discuss compensation increases of executive county officers as part of the amendments to the operating and capital budgets for the 2025 calendar year. Presenter: Steffani Ebert 4. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes). 5. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearings and reconvene public meeting. 6. Action on public hearings- Request for approval of a resolution amending the operating and capital budget of Weber County, including compensation increases of certain executive county officers, for the 2025 calendar year.
