Write in the office and candidate name(s) for the races you choose to vote for in the appropriate sections. Ballots sent by mail must be received by the Salt Lake County Clerk, 2001 S. State Street, S1- 200, Salt Lake City, UT 84190, no later than 8:00 P.M. on Election Day, and electronic ballots must be received no later than 8:00 pm (MT) on Tuesday, November 4th.
