Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items: 1. Consider an Amended Plat in the vicinity of 526 South 225 West. 2. Consider an Amended Plat in the vicinity of 434 S Main Street. 3. Consider a new Easement Created on City Property in the vicinity of 2000 South Old Highway 91. 4. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 32-8-D-14, pertaining to Storage Unit in Setbacks. 5. Consider a General Plan Amendment from Medium-Density to High-Density in the vicinity of 200 West 2530 North. 6. Consider a Zone Change from Central Commercial (CC) to R-3-M in the vicinity of 200 West 2530 North. 7. Consider a Zone Change from Annexed Transition (AT) to R-3-M in the vicinity of 200 West 2530 North. 8. Consider a Development Agreement in the vicinity of 800 North 3500 West. 9. Consider a Development Agreement in the vicinity of 1800 South Westview, pertaining to a Deferral of Public Improvements. 10.
