Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act

Notice is hereby given of the Municipal General
Election:
November 4, 2025.
The following parties have filed for office:
(1) Mayor 4 year term
Kirt Lambert Dutson
(2) Council Member 4 year
Terms:
David K Steele
Shawn Owen Gonder
Thomas S Nielson
Ballots will be mailed at least 45 days prior to the Election
Date. Ballots must be received by the Oak City Town Clerk's
Office no later than 8:00 p.m. Utah local time to be counted.
The State of Utah has a new electronic ballot delivery method.
Election ballots, notices, and emails may come from Enhanced Voting
(enhancedballot.com).
Military and Overseas voters may contact the Federal Voting
Assistance Program (FVAP) which provides tools and resources to
Ensure that U.S. Citizens who want to vote can do so anywhere in the
world.
Voters can find instructions and the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA),
which is the registration form, or the Federal write-in Absentee Ballot
