NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on August 5, 2025 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City is considering entering into a site-specific, legislative development agreement for the property located at approximately 11200 N Highland Boulevard, county parcel 11:036:0217 that modifies the development requirements for this property under the Professional Office (PO) zone. The intent would be to modify the current master site plan for the site to facilitate a single, single-story building intended to be used as a daycare. - Highland City is considering amending the PO zone zoning regulations to remove the original master plans, update or add architectural and building design requirements and standards, add prohibited uses, and update or add site design standards. The intent is to provide more flexibility in development within the zone while retaining the residential feel and design aesthetics, and retain and clarify the intended goals and uses of the PO zone.
