Colby Maughan Lot Split Subdivision 1st Amendment - A request to amend an existing 2-lot subdivision located at 4997 W. 4800 S., Wellsville in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. The amendment will modify the subdivision by reducing Lot 2 from 135.51 acres to 100.01 acres and creating a new 35.73 acre agricultural remainder. Regular Action Items 2. Public Hearing (5:35PM or soon thereafter) - Lowers Foods - South Road Extension Rezone - A request to rezone 7.8 acres, located at 700 S. Highway 91, Richmond, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Industrial (I) Zone. 3. Public Hearing (5:45PM or soon thereafter) - Honey Solar Stone Project Ordinance Amendment - A request to amend County Codes §17.07.030, §17.09.030, and creating Chapter 17.12 Commercial Solar and Battery Storage Facilities. 4. Triple C Secure Storage CUP - A request to create and operate a Self Service Storage Facility (Use Type 3410) on 8.47 acres, located at 800 W. 6600 N., Smithfield, in the Commercial (C) Zone. 5.
