The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 6, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider zone changes from Annexed Transition (AT) to Residential Estate (RE) and Mixed Use (MU) for properties located in the Iron Horse Residential Development Overlay, in an area ranging from approximately 800 South to 1950 South and 2600 West to 3500 West, being located mostly north of the Saddleback Ridge Subdivision. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
